There is a metering valve that separates the front brakes in the rear. water entering the system and emulsify with the brake fluid cause erratic operation of the brake system and usually, the wind in the rear brakes! Note that excess water in the system could cause serious damage to the metering valve and the rest of the system. metering valve will be one of the most expensive to replace! Rebuild and the sheath becomes expensive.
