ML320 2000 W163 - electrical problems after jump-starting the battery - ThreePoints

My ML320 2000 model was jump-started without any precautions done to compensate for the influx of power, since then I experienced :

1. No Central Locking (have checked all fuses) and tried resetting without luck...
2. ESP/ABS/SRS Lights being on permanantly - and having no AWD, it swervs on the road, braking bad, no power steering...
3. Flickering ON-OFF dashboard indicators with handbrake-alarm sounding especially in wet weather and after hitting water puddles.
