Just saw Wolfman.

The Wolfman (2010)

IMDB got it right. Good not great.

Movies are just getting worse. Anyone have any recommendations?

What are you into? I saw the Fourth Kind last night. A little weird but good. Mila Jovovich is hot. I'll watch anyhting she's in.

I like it all. I have yet to see a genre I didn't like. You're right Mila Jovovich was hot but I did not like that movie. I thought the weird back and forth and the way it was shot was terrible.

I didn't like Wolfman. I thought Benicio Del Torro did horrible in it. He just looked bored the entire time.

I just saw Princess Mononoke for the first time the other day. Outstanding! If you like anime.

I saw the Slammin Salmon a couple nights ago.

Got a higher IMDB rating then Club Dread but I found Club Dread to be a lot funnier. Comedy is a tough thing to rate because it's so subjective.

I thought Dewey Cox was genius and it only got a 6.7 though IMDB is askew because the voters are a clique.

Not a Tyler Perry fan but people go see his films and the IMDB cliques make sure they have insanely low ratings. Like 2.X for most.

Tyler Perry sucks. I have a buddy whos girl likes them. I don't hang out with him a lot.

I've been watching Korean, Japanese, and Thai horror films. Seems they all get copied in the US eventually. The American versions don't have the spookiness of the originals though. Like Ringu or Dark Waters. Silk is Taiwanese and I expect it to be done here soon. Scary girl ghosts because they don't just try to gross you out. Maybe they just scare me 'cause my wife is Korean - I've seen "that look" too many times LOL

Watched the Brother's Bloom last night. Pretty interesting flick set in modern day but themed in a 30's, 40's vibe.

I agree. Before I got married I was really into Japanese and Korean cinema. They difference in perspective from the West off putting and adds to the tone making it that much creepier.
